This group of properties includes a mix of retail locations across Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, all leased to nationally recognized tenants. In Oklahoma, the Broken Arrow property is a 10,032-square-foot building constructed in 2023 and leased to Dollar Tree. The Oklahoma City property, built in 2024, includes 10,014 square feet and is also leased to Dollar Tree. Another Oklahoma location in Yukon features a 9,953-square-foot building completed in 2024, likewise leased to Dollar Tree. Additionally, the Jenks property is a larger 81,009-square-foot building developed in 2012, leased to Reasor’s, a regional grocery operator. In Pennsylvania, the Quakertown property is a 48,891-square-foot building on more than 10 acres, constructed in 2001 and leased to Tractor Supply Company. In Michigan, the Saginaw property consists of a 24,609-square-foot building built in 1979 and leased to Tractor Supply Company. Each property is situated in a commercial district appropriate for retail use and has been reviewed through environmental assessments. These assessments generally indicated no recognized environmental concerns, though in select cases routine maintenance programs, such as asbestos management, were recommended.
